Newsletters

The society first produced a newsletter in 2004, since then it has continued to provide news and information to not only society members but to all those who have an intrest in Thatcham. The newsletters can be downloaded from the newsletter page. If you have a story, news or anything that you would like placed in a future copy of our newsletter, then contact the newsletter editor by going to out contact page.

Papers

Since the society started members have produced reports, briefs and other documents on various topics. Many of these are stored in the socities library. Some of these documents are however being entered back into the computer to save them before they perish beyond repair. This also allows for us to make them available to a wider audience by publishing them on-line.

One of our members, Peter Allen, started what was called an Occasional Paper in 1979. The aim of this was to generate a series of papers exploring Thatcham's history. Other authors joined in and produced a string of occasional papers. The documents that are currently available are listed below:
