Thatcham Historical Society is committed to protecting the personal data it holds in line with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations.

The Society holds a list of paid up members (names and contact addresses) which is used to contact members throughout the year to advise them of future events, changes to speaker meetings and to provide them each year with the AGM information.
